Subprocessors

We have selected Cloudflare Pages for the work app's browser interface, Railway for the application servers and scheduled jobs, and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded documents, such as a supplier's purchase order and a customer's or supplier's papers. The application servers and PostgreSQL database are configured in Railway's Singapore region.

Our selected hosting arrangement is not India-only.

These arrangements are confirmed with each business before it uses the service with real records.

Staff can sign in with Google instead of a password. Google then confirms the email address on their staff record; it receives nothing from a business's records.

When one-time sign-in codes are set up, Twilio sends a code by SMS to a staff member's mobile number and Resend sends a code by email. They receive only that number or email address and the code.

AI assistance is optional. When a business sets it up, a purchase-order document it attaches is sent to Yekar.AI so an agent can read its lines into a draft for a person to check. A business can also create an API key that lets a Yekar.AI agent read its closed audit results for variance analysis.

A subprocessor is a service provider that handles information on our behalf while helping us deliver the service. For example, a hosting provider may store a business's stock records, while a file-storage provider may hold an uploaded purchase order.

The business's service agreement and provider information should identify:

• Each provider's name and the work it performs.
• The categories of information it receives.
• Where that information is hosted or processed.
• How changes to the provider list are communicated.

Any additional commitments in a signed agreement apply to that business.

The provider delivering this public website may handle technical request information. If you email us or use a messaging link, the services delivering that message handle its contents. Do not send stock records or supplier documents through a general website enquiry.
